Senior Solution Architect – UKG & SAP Time/Payroll

Hello, We have 5 urgent openings for "SAP Basis Technical Consultant". These are remote roles. Only looking for candidates who can work on W2 Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Required Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience as a Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Architect working with UKG/Kronos and SAP Time/Payroll. Deep, hands-on expertise in both UKG (Kronos) and SAP Time Management and Payroll. Proven experience in architecting timekeeping and attendance solutions for unionized workforces. Strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements, union pay rules, overtime calculations, shift premiums, and complex time and attendance policies. Demonstrated experience migrating enterprise timekeeping systems from legacy platforms to UKG. Strong knowledge of SAP Time Management, time evaluation, payroll processing, and integration with external timekeeping systems. Experience designing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and enterprise integration platforms. Strong understanding of data mapping, data transformation, interface standards, reconciliation, and data migration strategies. Experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs involving multiple business and technology teams. Ability to resolve architectural design conflicts and communicate complex technical concepts to functional and executive stakeholders. Strong documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale HR, workforce management, and payroll transformation programs. Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central, depending on the existing environment. Experience integrating UKG with SAP ECC HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, as applicable. Knowledge of enterprise middleware and integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi. Experience with parallel payroll runs, timekeeping reconciliation, union compliance validation, and enterprise cutover planning. Experience working with technology vendors, implementation partners, and Vendor Management Office stakeholders.
