Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President at BrandRevam will provide strategic leadership, set organizational priorities, and drive growth across software products and services in alignment with the company’s mission and values. This full-time remote role includes overseeing cross-functional teams, guiding product and technology roadmaps, and ensuring cohesive collaboration between IT, design, and development. The Senior Vice President will manage key client relationships, support business development initiatives, and represent the company in high-value partnerships and industry engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, optimizing operational processes, mentoring senior leaders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role also involves fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion while continuously improving overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and executive management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team-building. Experience overseeing software development, product management, or technology initiatives in a growth-oriented organization. Proficiency in collaboration and stakeholder management, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client and partner relationships. Business acumen in areas such as operations, budgeting, revenue growth, and performance management. Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication across diverse teams and senior stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Demonstrated experience fostering inclusive, non-discriminatory, and high-performance cultures. Background in software, IT services, or digital product companies; experience in senior or C-level roles is highly beneficial. Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent senior-level experience.
