Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of MILAN DREAMS DECORATION DESIGN AND FIT OUT L.L.C. This position leads multi-disciplinary teams across planning and design, renovation, civil works, and technical services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Senior Vice President develops business plans, builds client relationships, and drives new business opportunities in interior design, fit-out, and maintenance services. Daily responsibilities include managing senior managers, reviewing project performance, setting financial and operational targets, and aligning resources with company objectives. The role also involves implementing policies, improving processes, monitoring risk, and representing the company to key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in interior design, construction, fit-out, or related industries, with responsibility for multi-functional teams and complex projects. Strong strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of driving growth and profitability. Solid understanding of project delivery across design, renovation, civil works, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, AC, and maintenance services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with remote and cross-cultural teams. Demonstrated ability to set and manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Experience in remote leadership, digital collaboration tools, and process improvement methodologies. High level of integrity, resilience, and adaptability, with commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory management practices.
