Role Description The Senior Vice President Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and management of e.I. Program. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, guiding financial planning processes, and providing clear, data-driven insights to executive leadership and the board. The Senior Vice President Finance will direct finance team operations, implement robust internal controls, manage relationships with external auditors and financial partners, and drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. This position also collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to evaluate new initiatives, assess financial risks and opportunities, and support long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with relevant standards. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, develop financial models, and support strategic decisions. Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally at the VP level or above, with responsibility for organizational financial strategy. Proficiency with financial management software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet and data analysis tools. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing remote teams and to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master of Finance) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly beneficial. Experience in remote work environments and familiarity with best practices for virtual collaboration and governance.
