The Role: Customer Business Manager – Mass Channel

We are looking for a driven, strategic sales professional to lead business growth on our Customer Development team. As the Customer Business Manager for the Mass Channel, you will be the catalyst for revenue expansion, margin optimization, and long‑term category volume across a high‑impact portfolio featuring Target and Walmart.

This unique role bridges the physical and digital retail worlds, blending brick‑and‑mortar sales management with specialized e‑commerce leadership across two of the nation’s largest customers. You will design and execute Target’s complete omnichannel sales strategy while simultaneously driving e‑commerce strategy and execution for Walmart in close partnership with the Walmart Customer Development team. Leveraging data‑driven consumer, product, and market insights, you will act as a trusted category expert, uncovering and capturing new growth opportunities across both in‑store shelves and online platforms.

In addition to owning and driving business growth, you will master and manage the essential day‑to‑day tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You will develop a deep understanding of the operational aspects that ensure every detail is handled with precision and care.

Work remotely from your home base, located in either the Minneapolis Metro area or Northwest Arkansas.
