Your work will span from beta recruitment to general availability (GA) and beyond, ensuring that every customer feels informed, inspired, and excited about the next step in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute end‑to‑end customer campaigns for product launches, collaborating closely with GTM and Product Marketing to translate launch plans and messaging into compelling customer communications.
- Copy & Content Creation: Transform product messaging into clear, customer‑centric copy for email, in‑app (Pendo), webinars, and the monthly customer newsletter.

- Innovation Council Ownership: Recruit, onboard, and nurture participants for the Innovation Council, matching them to upcoming alpha and beta programs and ensuring sustained engagement.
- Advocacy Pipeline Development: Grow a robust advocacy pipeline, driving reviews on G2 and similar platforms, securing references, testimonials, case studies, and customer speaker opportunities, especially around new launches.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign and advocacy outcomes—adoption rates, webinar attendance, advocacy output, and Innovation Council participation—to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, GTM, Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact customer programs.
