At brighthush, you’ll work alongside self‑starting professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, love solving tough problems, and value curiosity as much as competence. Collaboration is in our DNA – we celebrate wins together, learn from setbacks together, and enjoy a culture where teamwork feels like a second family. If you’re eager to make a tangible impact, grow your career, and become a champion for our partners, brighthush is the place to be.

Role Overview – Customer Success Manager, Partnerships

As a Customer Success Manager on the Partnerships team, you will be the trusted advocate for brighthush’s channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances, as well as their downstream customers. You’ll dive deep into each partner’s business model, go‑to‑market strategy, and growth objectives, then translate that insight into actionable co‑selling opportunities, adoption plans, and long‑term loyalty. This role blends technology curiosity with people‑centric relationship building, ensuring that every partner not only uses brighthush’s solutions but becomes an enthusiastic promoter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Advisory & Executive Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews and executive‑level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that cover partnership health, joint integration roadmaps, and measurable value delivered by brighthush.
  • Portfolio Health Management: Own the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall health of your partner portfolio. Become the go‑to expert on each partner’s downstream use cases and business outcomes.
  • Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Predict and track indirect revenue flowing through partners, understand pipeline dynamics and seasonality, and secure timely renewals. Collaborate with Partner Account Managers on volume commitments, added Annual Gross Value (AGV), and cross‑sell/up‑sell initiatives.
  • Adoption & Optimization: Partner with Account Directors and Technical Account Managers to uncover optimization opportunities, drive product adoption, and maximize the value partners extract from brighthush’s platform.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Create, monitor, and escalate partner issues across Support, Security & Compliance, Product, Data Science, and Fraud teams, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of how brighthush’s solutions embed into third‑party platforms, and translate new feature releases into clear benefits for partners and their end‑users.
  • Travel & Relationship Building: Allocate approximately 20% of your time to on‑site partner visits, industry conferences, and events to strengthen relationships and stay ahead of market trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer‑ or partner‑facing role such as Channel Customer Success, Partner Management, Account Management, or Indirect Sales.
  • Proven project management, relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of managing multi‑stakeholder partner relationships.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated markets (FinTech, Insurance, Retail, Banking). Knowledge of digital identity and authentication is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working with data‑driven KPIs, building B2B2C business cases, and translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ambition to grow within a fast‑paced channel ecosystem and a commitment to brighthush’s core values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in cybersecurity, fintech, or a high‑growth/pre‑IPO startup environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with channel‑selling, enablement, and complex negotiation processes.
  • Familiarity with analytics and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Looker, or comparable platforms, especially for investigating API transaction logs.
  • Technical fluency that enables you to converse confidently with engineers, product managers, and data scientists.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, align partner goals with brighthush’s roadmap, and craft win‑win strategies.
  • Empathy & Active Listening: Understand partner pain points, anticipate needs, and respond with tailored solutions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Leverage data to drive decisions, forecast revenue, and measure the impact of partnership initiatives.
  • Influence & Persuasion: Guide senior stakeholders toward mutually beneficial outcomes without relying on authority alone.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and new opportunities emerge daily.
