Role Overview
As the Senior Director of Global Revenue Operations & Customer Success for the Customer Success & Solutions Center of Excellence (COE), you will be the strategic operating partner to the SVP of Customer Success & Solutions. Your mission is to architect a unified “state of the business” view across multiple COE pillars—Customer Success, Value Management, Solution Consulting, and Enterprise Architecture—aligning global practices with regional field teams to drive operational excellence at scale. You will be the bridge between data, strategy, and execution, ensuring that every customer touchpoint is optimized for value, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Unify Operating Rhythm: Design and implement a shared planning cadence, business review framework, and consolidated reporting system that brings together CS, VM, and SC/EA functions.
- Strategic Rigor & Prioritization: Own the cross‑COE priority roadmap, ensuring that initiatives address the most critical business challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Rules of Engagement: Co‑author ownership models, handoff protocols, and escalation boundaries across COE and field functions to eliminate friction and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
- Planning Methodology & Advisory: Partner with analytics teams to develop globally applicable planning models, serve as the liaison to the SVP, and oversee the roll‑up of COE pillar plans.
- Global Performance Design & Reporting: Establish metrics, analytics assets, and reporting cadences that capture both regional and global performance, enabling data‑driven decision making.
- Project Ownership: Lead cross‑COE projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with SVP priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strategic Narrative Support: Collaborate with COE leaders to craft a cohesive narrative across all pillars, backed by data, analysis, and stakeholder insights—used in board‑level presentations, whitepapers, and internal communications.
Essential Qualifications
- Strategic Execution: Minimum 8 years of SaaS experience scaling strategy—from design to pilot to scale—across customer‑facing functions.
- Cross‑Functional Operations: Deep expertise spanning both presales and post‑sales operational domains, with a proven ability to integrate processes across the revenue lifecycle.
- Planning & Analysis: Demonstrated success in developing consumption/usage models, forecasting, and planning methodology that drives revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Skilled at leading across matrixed structures (functional vs. geographic), negotiating Rules of Engagement, and driving executive change management.
- Management & Coaching: Experience coordinating another person’s workload—prioritizing, coaching, and developing talent to achieve high‑impact results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI‑driven revenue operations or leading AI adoption initiatives.
- Background in enterprise architecture or solution consulting, with a focus on customer success.
