Role Description The SVP of Global Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple geographies. This position leads the design, implementation, and optimization of processes that support real estate development, delivery, and customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing regional operations teams, managing cross-functional projects, aligning supply chain and vendor management with business goals, and ensuring operational excellence standards are met. The SVP will collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning, monitor performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and mitigate operational risks. This role also involves establishing best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, and supporting scalable growth across global operations.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management and Operational Excellence skills to lead large, complex, multi-location operations. Experience in Supply Chain Management, including vendor coordination, logistics, and resource optimization. Proven Strategic Planning capabilities to align operational objectives with long-term business goals. Robust Project Management skills to deliver cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget. Extensive leadership experience in senior operations roles, ideally within real estate or related industries. Ability to analyze data, interpret key metrics, and make evidence-based decisions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills in a global, remote environment. Track record of driving process improvement, change management, and scalable operational frameworks. Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Operations Management, or related field) preferred.
