US-Based Immigration Paralegal – Family-Based Forms (I-130, I-485, N-400) – Start This Week

We're a busy immigration services office. We need an experienced US-based paralegal to prepare family-based and naturalization filings accurately and quickly. What you'll do:

• Prepare I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-90 and N-400 from client intake files
• Check supporting documents and build complete filing packets
• Work in USCIS online filing / myUSCIS and our case system

Must have:

• Located in the US
• 2+ years preparing family-based forms (please give a rough count of I-130/I-485 packets you've done)
• Very high accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling sensitive client data; will sign an NDA

Details:

• 10–20 hrs/week to start, remote, more available
• $30–50/hr depending on experience
• Start ASAP
