U.S.-Based Japanese Speakers Video Recording Project

Recruitment Partner Needed: 48 Japanese-Speaking Participants in the USAProject Overview We are looking for a recruitment freelancer or agency with access to Japanese-speaking communities in the United States to recruit 48 Japanese-speaking participants currently residing in the USA for a video recording and data collection project. The recruitment partner will be responsible for sourcing suitable participants, verifying eligibility, coordinating onboarding, and following up until all required recordings are completed.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit 48 Japanese-speaking participants currently based in the United States. Verify U.S. residency and Japanese-language proficiency. Source candidates through Japanese-speaking communities, cultural associations, professional networks, and social groups. Explain project requirements and share the recording guidelines. Coordinate participant onboarding and answer questions about the process. Monitor recording progress and follow up on incomplete tasks. Ensure recordings meet the specified project requirements. Maintain an updated recruitment, onboarding, and completion tracker. Resolve coordination issues and support participants through final submission. Ideal Candidate Access to Japanese-speaking communities within the United States. Experience in participant recruitment, research, or video recording projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple participants and meet deadlines. Expected Outcome Successfully recruit and coordinate 48 eligible Japanese-speaking U.S. residents and ensure all assigned video recording tasks are completed according to the project guidelines.
