The role involves applying specialized legal expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs through realistic legal scenarios, transactional analysis, and professional feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze venture capital financing and corporate transactions, providing expert written and verbal insights.
• Draft, review, and assess investment documents, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, and convertible notes.
• Evaluate complex transaction structures, corporate governance matters, and legal considerations affecting startups, investors, and corporations.
• Explain legal concepts and transaction processes clearly for AI training and evaluation purposes.
• Identify potential legal, regulatory, and compliance issues in sample scenarios and documentation.
• Provide constructive feedback on legal texts and AI-generated responses to improve accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate remotely and asynchronously with project managers and other contributors.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• Extensive legal experience in venture capital financing, corporate transactions, or startup legal advisory.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, investment documentation, and transactional analysis.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate investment agreements and corporate governance documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
