Role Description The Vice-President of Global Strategic Project Management is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and overseeing high-impact, cross-functional AI initiatives across global markets. This role designs and drives the strategic project portfolio, aligning programs with company objectives and coordinating with R&D, product, engineering, and business teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing project governance frameworks, defining milestones and deliverables, managing timelines and budgets, and mitigating risks across multiple concurrent programs. The VP will mentor project leaders, foster collaboration between international stakeholders, and ensure consistent execution standards and reporting. The role also involves analyzing performance data, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to long-term strategic planning for DeltaX’s global expansion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Candidates should possess solid Project Planning and Budgeting skills to define scopes, manage resources, and oversee financial performance. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project health, and support strategic decision-making. Extensive experience in global or enterprise-level project leadership within technology, AI, or related fields is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams and to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership capability, including team development, stakeholder management, and change management in fast-growing environments. Relevant academic background in business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or computer vision domains and experience with standardized project management methodologies and tools are preferred.
