Vice President of Project Operations
Role Description This full-time, remote Vice President of Project Operations role at Dijiport Medya is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple client accounts. The position leads project operations, ensuring projects are scoped accurately, resourced effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define operational standards, optimize processes, and manage budgets and performance metrics. This role includes direct oversight of project managers, regular review of project pipelines, risk management, and continuous improvement of workflows and tools. The Vice President will also work closely with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, drive client satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across all projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-team initiatives and streamline processes. Candidates should possess experience in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to align project operations with financial targets and long-term business goals. Candidates should possess a solid Customer Service mindset to maintain high client satisfaction and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring abilities to guide project teams and foster a high-performance culture. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues quickly. Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote or distributed teams. Relevant experience in digital media, technology, or related industries and a track record in senior operational leadership roles is highly beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
