Shape storytelling, pacing, sound, and motion to capture attention quickly and support advertising goals. Create vertical short-form videos for paid social campaigns and horizontal content for YouTube and television. Review video performance and apply insights to improve subsequent edits. Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Incorporate feedback efficiently and communicate potential delays as early as possible. Maintain attention to detail across color, sound, motion, and final-frame quality.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics. Experience creating paid social advertising for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience editing user-generated content (UGC) and creator-led videos. Familiarity with video performance metrics, such as views, advertising spend, signups, and audience retention. A collaborative approach to creative feedback and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Location and Work Arrangement Remote position with freelance, project-based engagement. Work is ongoing rather than limited to a single project, with the potential for continued collaboration. The role reports to the Director of Creative Performance and supports advertising across social media, YouTube, and occasional national television campaigns.
