Required Qualifications: Active U.S. State-issued Italian Teaching Certification 1+ year teaching experience Proficiency with virtual teaching tools/platforms Availability Requirements: Candidates must be available for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours during each school day (Mon-Fri), between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM (CST). Hardware Requirements: Laptop or desktop (Windows: 10 or 11) (Mac: iOS 12+), 2 monitors, Reliable Internet (50 Mbps minimum download speed 10 Mbps upload speed) Responsibilities: Develop lesson pla ns: Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and pacing guides. Integrate technolo gy: Effectively utilize a variety of online tools to differentiate lessons, engage students, and deepen their understanding of the material. Deliver live less ons: Teach synchronously during regular school hours (4-hour minimum) Grade assignme nts: You will evaluate and grade student work to track progress, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Provide feedb ack: You will offer constructive feedback to support student learning and growth, inspiring them to reach their full potential. Represent Bra nd: Positively represent the Proximity Learning brand and mission statement in all interactions, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
