Virtual Online Art Teacher – Beginner Level

Job Summary Company Confidential is seeking a passionate and creative Virtual Online Art Teacher – Beginner Level to join our remote education team. Key Responsibilities

• * Deliver live, interactive online art classes for beginner-level students using tools like Company Confidential, Company Confidential Meet, or Company Confidential Teams.
• * Design and prepare engaging lesson plans that cover basic drawing, coloring, and painting techniques.
• * Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different age groups and learning speeds.
• * Encourage creativity and expression while maintaining a structured approach to learning.
• * Provide feedback on student progress, assign creative tasks, and suggest improvement areas.
• * Use virtual teaching tools such as screen sharing, digital whiteboards, and breakout rooms effectively.
• * Foster a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable online learning environment.
• * Collaborate with the curriculum team to Company Confidential and update Company Confidential materials.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Basic understanding of art techniques including drawing, sketching, coloring, and painting.
• * Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
• * Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, encouraging attitude.
• * Ability to use digital platforms confidently (Company Confidential, Company Confidential Meet, Company Confidential, etc.).
• * Organized and punctual with a reliable internet connection and quiet teaching environment.
• * A degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education or relevant certifications is a plus (not mandatory).
• Experience
• * Minimum 1 year of teaching, tutoring, or facilitation experience preferred (online or offline).
• * Freshers with strong art portfolios and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• * Experience working with Company Confidential, beginners, or community art groups will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible part-time schedule: 2 to 4 hours per day
• * Classes typically scheduled during weekday evenings and weekends to accommodate students availability
