VP of Operations

Role Description The VP of Operations at Filière Génie Rural (IAV Hassan II) is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance, supporting academic and administrative processes, and driving continuous improvement across programs and services. This role includes managing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. The VP of Operations will collaborate with leadership, faculty, and support teams to plan and execute projects, monitor key performance indicators, and address operational risks. The position also involves contributing to budget discussions, supporting quality standards, and enhancing the experience of learners and partners through efficient and responsive operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial oversight for operational activities. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and stakeholder relationship management, ensuring a responsive and supportive environment. Candidates should possess expertise in Strategic Planning, goal setting, and aligning operations with institutional priorities. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives. Candidates should ideally have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Candidates should ideally have leadership experience in academic, nonprofit, or complex organizational environments; advanced degree in management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
