Position Details: Job Title: Web Content Manager Location: 100% Remote Contract Duration: 7+ months with a strong possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

Manage web content strategy, publishing, maintenance, and quality assurance using Magnolia CMS. Apply SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices to improve organic visibility and content performance. Optimize website content, metadata, page structure, and internal linking. Analyze web analytics and reporting to improve engagement, conversions, and overall content effectiveness. Partner with marketing and business teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate project timelines. Support content audits, website enhancements, CMS migrations, and post-launch validation. Maintain content governance, publishing workflows, documentation, and quality standards. Coordinate web content workflows with platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing web content, digital experiences, or CMS-based publishing. Hands-on experience with Magnolia CMS – Must Have. Strong SEO experience, including on-page optimization, metadata, and internal linking. Experience with AEO/GEO and optimizing content for AI-powered search. Proficiency in HTML and CSS. Experience with web analytics, content performance reporting, content governance, and website migration support. Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
