Workplace Management Advisor – Remote Contract $20/hour | 1099 Independent Contractor | Fully Remote | 1–4 Hours/Month ABA, PLLC is seeking current managers and supervisors to participate in occasional one-hour remote sessions with graduate students studying workplace behavior, called Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) OBM applies behavioral science to workplace performance, employee productivity, training, feedback, workflow, and management systems. No prior knowledge of OBM is required. What You’ll Do During each session, you will discuss a real workplace challenge you currently manage, such as: Employee productivity or performance Training or onboarding problems Inconsistent work quality Employees not following procedures Communication or feedback issues Workflow or accountability concerns Students will ask questions, analyze the issue, discuss possible solutions, and ask for your feedback about what would realistically work in your workplace. Your role is to provide the real-world management perspective.

Requirements

Currently manage or supervise at least one employee Have responsibility for employee performance, training, productivity, workflow, or work quality Be comfortable discussing real workplace challenges without sharing confidential information Be available for occasional one-hour evening or weekend video sessions Live in Virginia Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Schedule Approximately 1–4 one-hour sessions per month, scheduled on weekends. There are no guaranteed minimum hours and generally no work required between sessions. Compensation $20 per hour for all scheduled work. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
