🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Mederva is building longevity for the 99%. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Coach to deliver CBT-informed lifestyle and behavior-change coaching for patients managing chronic health risk factors. This is not psychotherapy and not traditional care management. Our platform handles clinical registry, documentation, and care-management workflows. Your role is to deliver human, high-impact micro-interventions that help patients build sustainable habits across diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and emotional health. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be comfortable conducting video and phone sessions, and have experience motivating patients toward sustainable behavior change. Note: We are currently focusing and prioritizing bilingual applicants who are fluent in Gujarati. Please only apply if you can speak Gujarati fluently - all other applicants will not be considered.
