Business Analyst – Healthcare / Telecom / Banking Location: Remote (USA) | 20% Travel across the Midwest Duration: Long-term Contract Openings: Multiple Job Summary We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Provider, Telecommunications, or Banking. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver digital transformation solutions. Exposure to AI, conversational AI, chatbots, or automation is a plus. Must-Have Skills Strong Business Analyst experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid domain expertise in at least ONE of the following: Healthcare Provider, Telecommunications, or Banking. Experience gathering business requirements and preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications. Strong business process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis skills. Experience working with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. Ability to lead client discussions independently and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Willingness to travel approximately 20% across the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirements-gathering sessions. Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations. Support UAT, business validation, and solution delivery. Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Conversational AI, Generative AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, or workflow automation. Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation projects. Note: Candidates with strong Business Analyst experience in any one of the three industries are encouraged to apply. Experience across all three domains is not required.
