Contracts Attorney | Remote

Position: Corporate Transactions Attorney Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $90 - $130/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises. Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback. Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks. Draft, review, negotiate, and redline corporate transaction agreements. Apply expertise in M&A transactions, including SPAs and APAs. Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices. Translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Requirements

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Strong experience in M&A within a corporate law firm. Strong knowledge of standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical capabilities and contract negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
