About brighthush – Building Homes, Building Trust

At brighthush, we don’t just construct houses; we create lasting relationships with the families who call our communities home. Our “Love the Customer” culture is the heartbeat of everything we do, guiding every interaction from the first warranty question to the final follow‑up call. As a market‑leading homebuilder, brighthush is committed to delivering an unparalleled ownership experience, and we need passionate, detail‑oriented professionals to help us keep that promise.

Why This Role Matters

The Remote Customer Care Specialist is the front‑line ambassador for brighthush’s warranty and homeowner support programs. You will be the trusted voice that homeowners hear when they need help, the problem‑solver who turns challenges into positive experiences, and the data‑driven collaborator who ensures our internal teams have the insights they need to continuously improve. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of families across Arizona while advancing your own career in a supportive, technology‑enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Channel Inbound Support: Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, live chat, SMS, and chatbot platforms. Address warranty questions, emergency situations, and escalated concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to gather post‑service feedback, confirm completion of work orders, and follow up on any unresolved items. Participate in the “Love Connection” program to strengthen homeowner relationships.
  • Warranty Ticket Management: Create, track, and update warranty service tickets from web‑form submissions, phone calls, and other channels. Ensure each ticket follows brighthush’s service standards and timelines.
  • Customer Portal Advocacy: Guide homeowners in using the brighthush Customer Portal to submit warranty requests, track progress, and access resources, thereby reducing friction and improving self‑service adoption.
  • Escalation Coordination: Log, prioritize, and distribute escalated issues within the SharePoint system. Partner with Customer Experience Managers and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex cases swiftly.
  • Data & Reporting: Generate Power BI dashboards and reports for survey outreach, service performance, and customer satisfaction metrics. Translate data into actionable recommendations for warranty leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with divisional warranty leaders, field crews, and internal support teams to ensure that the assistance you provide aligns with broader business objectives.
  • Software Proficiency: Operate confidently across CRM platforms, telephony systems, survey tools, and internal communication suites, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Policy & Procedure Stewardship: Stay current on brighthush’s policies, service principles, and departmental strategies, applying them consistently in every interaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to training initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors that support the mission of delivering exceptional homeowner service.
