This role is ideal for a seasoned operations professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment and is eager to lead transformative initiatives that elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Replenishment Planning: Own the end‑to‑end replenishment cycle for brighthush’s retail partners, leveraging Retail Link, Nova, and other analytics platforms to forecast demand, set reorder points, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct deep dives into sales, inventory, and shipment data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams.
  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Champion Kaizen initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and other process‑enhancement methodologies to reduce lead times, shrinkage, and stockouts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between brighthush’s supply chain, marketing, finance, and retail partners. Facilitate regular status meetings, performance reviews, and joint planning sessions.
  • Tool & System Management: Maintain and optimize the use of Retail Link, Nova, Madrid, Scintilla, ASPEN, Supplier One, and Microsoft Excel. Provide training and support to internal users.
  • Travel & On‑Site Engagement: Travel to key retail locations (Bentonville, Little Chute, and other strategic sites) to conduct on‑site audits, build relationships, and gather real‑time feedback.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain executive‑level dashboards that track replenishment KPIs, forecast accuracy, and operational performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks (e.g., demand spikes, supplier disruptions) and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with risk and compliance teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in customer operations or replenishment, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
  • Hands‑on experience with Retail Link and Nova platforms, including data extraction, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and data visualization).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support on‑site operations and partner engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Madrid, Scintilla, ASPEN, or Supplier One tools.
  • Knowledge of retail industry best practices, including category management, shelf‑space optimization, and promotional planning.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, or German) is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with large retail chains such as Walmart or Sam’s Club (now referred to as brighthush in this context).

Skills & Competencies
