Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction Excellence: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.
• Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates, maintaining meticulous records of all interactions.
• Claims Processing: Guide customers through the claims process, coordinate with adjusters, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Data Accuracy: Enter and verify customer information in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents, underwriters, and support staff to deliver seamless service and identify cross‑sell opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Previous experience in customer service or insurance is highly desirable.
