  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, APAC Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
  • Impact teachers, students, and school leaders through meaningful, data‑driven initiatives.
  • Enjoy a supportive, inclusive culture that rewards creativity and results.

What You’ll Do

As the Customer Success Partner, you will be the trusted advisor for schools participating in the Ministry of Education tender. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Tender Support: Work closely with Sales and Account Management to meet tender requirements, ensuring a seamless customer experience from proposal to implementation.
  • Rollout & Onboarding Leadership: Design and execute structured onboarding programs for schools, combining live training sessions, webinars, and self‑service resources tailored to each institution’s needs.

  • Content Creation & Enhancement: Build and maintain high‑quality development materials, incorporating participant feedback to elevate future sessions.
  • Success Planning: Develop individualized school success plans with clear adoption milestones and usage targets aligned to curriculum objectives, reviewing progress regularly.
  • Data‑Driven Insight: Monitor usage and engagement metrics to spot adoption gaps, identify schools at risk, and implement targeted interventions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster genuine, trusted relationships with school leaders, teachers, and administrators, providing timely customer insights that support renewals and showcase ongoing value.
  • Issue Resolution & Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Customer Support Specialists and Technical Support to resolve school issues, and relay teacher feedback to the Product team to inform future development.

  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret usage data and feedback to inform engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with cloud‑based tools and a CRM system.
  • Customer‑outcome focus and a consultative, relationship‑first approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing a three‑day work week and working independently in a remote environment.
  • Right to work in New Zealand, reliable home internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
