About the Customer Success Enablement Team
The Customer Success Enablement team is the catalyst that turns raw data and customer insights into actionable growth strategies. We partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to elevate their impact, ensuring they can guide clients through complex journeys, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long‑term retention. By aligning learning, coaching, and performance metrics, we create a scalable framework that empowers every CSM to deliver exceptional value. Our work is cross‑functional, data‑driven, and deeply rooted in the belief that empowered teams are the key to sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
As the strategic enablement partner to brighthush’s Customer Success leadership, you will be the bridge between business objectives and the skill sets required to achieve them. Your role blends visionary strategy with hands‑on execution, ensuring that every learning initiative is tightly aligned with the company’s growth agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Enablement Strategy Development: Partner with Customer Success leaders to define a forward‑looking enablement roadmap that aligns with quarterly business priorities, role expectations, and performance metrics. Translate high‑level goals into concrete, measurable initiatives.
- Onboarding & Continuous Development: Design and refine onboarding curricula for new CSMs, ensuring they acquire the technical, product, and soft‑skill competencies needed to succeed. Oversee the transition from onboarding to ongoing development, coordinating handoffs to learning operations and performance teams.
- Governance & Program Management: Build and maintain governance structures, roadmaps, and operating rhythms that prioritize enablement requests, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and deliver complex programs with consistency and transparency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Operations, Technical Enablement, Product, and Marketing to prepare teams for evolving products, processes, tools, and customer needs. Serve as the central point of contact for all enablement‑related inquiries.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage conversation intelligence, learning analytics, competency data, and field feedback to identify skill gaps, measure program effectiveness, and iterate on initiatives. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Learning Session Leadership: Facilitate engaging learning sessions, workshops, and coaching circles. Equip managers with the tools and frameworks to reinforce new skills through practice, assessment, and continuous feedback.
- Change Management & Communication: Champion change initiatives, ensuring clear communication of priorities, progress, and trade‑offs. Protect the team’s time by setting realistic expectations and negotiating scope with stakeholders.
- Global Enablement Coordination: Manage enablement programs across regions and time zones, ensuring cultural relevance, language accessibility, and alignment with local business strategies.
