[Remote] Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. R1 RCM is hiring a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance to lead enterprise-wide analytics and operational excellence. The role leads an analytics team, translates complex data into strategies that improve financial outcomes and patient experience, and partners with executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Lead the design of dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks that inform strategic decisions
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of analysts across multiple business units
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating insights into operational and financial impact
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to align analytics with organizational goals
• Champion data integrity, governance, and automation across the revenue cycle ecosystem
• Oversee the development of scalable reporting infrastructure using advanced BI tools and cloud platforms
• Evangelize data-driven storytelling to influence change and drive adoption of analytics solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations
• Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure)
• Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, payer behavior, and reimbursement models
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives that drive executive action
• Bachelor's degree preferred
