Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech‑savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our website’s live chat system, maintain the knowledge base, and support day‑to‑day operations. In this role, you’ll act as the first line of communication for our visitors, ensuring they receive timely, accurate assistance while keeping our content fresh and accessible. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage productivity tools, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of our PHP & MySQL‑powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the live chat platform, responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base, ensuring that FAQs, tutorials, and support articles are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with brand voice.
• Use brighthush Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and brighthush Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet) to create templates, manage data, and streamline workflows.
• Configure and troubleshoot live chat settings, including triggers, routing rules, and escalation paths.
• Load and organize website content into the knowledge database, tagging and categorizing information for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement updates on a PHP & MySQL backend, ensuring compatibility and performance on Linux servers.
• Utilize brighthush to track content updates, project timelines, and inventory of support resources.
• Post new website additions and announcements on social media channels, coordinating with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
• Analyze chat metrics, generate weekly reports, and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Participate in regular team meetings via Teams, email, or phone, providing status updates and contributing ideas for process enhancements.
