  • Insight Presentation: Prepare concise, compelling reports and presentations for clinical leaders, executives, and community partners; translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Care Calls: Conduct structured phone or video interviews with patients, families, and staff to gather qualitative insights; document findings and integrate them with quantitative data.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven changes; monitor outcomes and iterate on solutions.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all data handling complies with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal privacy policies; maintain audit trails and documentation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Social Services, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data collection, analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Qualtrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required for occasional on‑site visits).
  • Age 21 or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare data standards.
  • Knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
  • Background in healthcare, mental health, or social services.
  • Experience conducting care calls or patient interviews.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems and synthesize data into clear conclusions.
  • Communication: Skilled at translating technical findings into layperson language for stakeholders.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Passion for improving patient and family experiences.
