• Deliver consistent, high‑quality weekly financial reports that provide clear visibility into cash flow, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Support forecasting preparation and maintain ongoing forecast models to guide strategic decision‑making.
• Manage AR tracking and accounts payable (AP) support, including invoice processing, recurring expenses, and job costing.
• Own the brighthush accounting platform as the primary bookkeeping tool, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Systems & Data Integrity

After‑Hours Coverage & Lead Capture

• Capture leads and log every call in the brighthush CRM with detailed, actionable notes.
• Create follow‑up tasks and define next steps for each call to ensure no lead is dropped.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven finance or accounting experience that goes beyond basic data entry or light bookkeeping.
• Demonstrated ability to own end‑to‑end financial reporting and visibility, not just isolated tasks.
• Comfortable working independently to untangle and correct disorganized financial records.
