Finance Manager - Remote, 25% Bonus, Professional Services Industry!
LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a rapidly growing professional services consulting company on an exciting search for a Finance Operations Manager ! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an Operational Finance, FP&A, or Project Finance background within the Professional Services industry (Architecture, Engineering, Design, Consulting, or similar) to join a company experiencing significant growth and play a key role in driving financial strategy, improving operations, and supporting continued expansion. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling across projects and business operations. Revenue & Profitability: Manage revenue and backlog forecasts, evaluate project profitability, and identify financial risks and opportunities. Business Partnering: Work closely with operational leadership to support strategic decisions, resource planning, and business performance. Financial Reporting: Develop KPI dashboards, management reporting, and financial analyses to improve visibility into company performance. Project Finance: Support project-level financial management, including work-in-progress (WIP), utilization, margins, and resource allocation. Process Improvement: Help streamline financial workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and implement automation where possible.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Project Finance, or Finance/Business Operations. Management level experience Experience in a professional services environment, ideally architecture, engineering, design, or consulting. Experience with project-based financial reporting, revenue forecasting, profitability, and utilization metrics. Experience with project-based financial reporting, revenue forecasting, profitability, and utilization metrics. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and financial reporting systems is a plus. Experience improving reporting processes through automation, AI, or other technologies is a plus. Compensation / Benefits Compensation: Up to $200K base salary + 25% bonus. Location: Fully Remote. Benefits: Excellent, comprehensive benefits package.
