Leo Marketing is looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist. Leo is a growth marketing agency that manages serious paid media budgets for e-commerce, SaaS, and fintech clients. About the role: You will own Google Ads strategy and execution across a focused portfolio of growth-stage accounts. This is not a ticket-queue position. You will audit structures, rebuild campaigns, own budget decisions, and present your reasoning directly to clients who think in revenue, not impressions. You will work alongside a Head of Google Ads who challenges assumptions, a creative team that delivers what you need, and an analytics partner who keeps the data honest. The person who thrives here treats Google Ads like a craft: tests deliberately, documents what they learn, and can walk a client through a difficult week without hiding behind jargon.
