Inside Sales Specialist (Remote – Philippines) – Home Care Intake – Excellent English Required

Location: Remote, Philippines (Apploi branch location: San Antonio, TX)

Right at Home South Texas (San Antonio & Corpus Christi, Texas, USA) is hiring a full-time remote Inside Sales Specialist in the Philippines to call, text and email families who have asked about in-home care — and turn those conversations into booked assessments.

This is a real sales seat, not a data-entry VA role. You will be on the phone with American families all shift.

What you'll do:

- Call up to 100 leads per day (new inquiries + follow-ups) by phone, text and email — first call within minutes of a lead arriving

- Understand the family's care needs, hours and location, and identify the decision-maker

- Confirm the payment source: private pay, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance

- Book in-home assessments for our Care Director and Growth Director to close; own reminders and no-show recovery

- Reactivate older leads who went quiet

- Document every conversation in our systems the same day; report your numbers daily

Pay: $900 USD/month base + $50 USD for every assessment you book that turns into a signed client.

You need:

- Excellent, near-native spoken and written English — this is the #1 requirement and the first interview is a phone screen in English

- Inside sales, outbound calling, intake or appointment-setting experience (U.S. healthcare accounts a strong plus)

- Comfort working U.S. Central hours (night shift in the Philippines), full-time

- Your own computer, noise-cancelling headset, quiet workspace, wired/reliable internet and backup power/internet plan

- Energy for high call volume and clear daily targets
