Massachusetts Licensed Associate General Counsel

To support a growing technology company, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Associate General Counsel will lead a commercial legal team, negotiate complex contracts, and design scalable contracting processes, while working in a hybrid environment with remote flexibility. Key responsibilities Lead a high-performing commercial legal team, advising on strategic and enterprise transactions globally Design and automate contracting frameworks to enhance sales cycles and support go-to-market strategies Negotiate complex commercial contracts and oversee compliance for public sector and education contracting Required qualifications 12+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house, with expertise in enterprise SaaS or AI technology Extensive experience in negotiating complex B2B sales and channel contracts, particularly in regulated environments Proven ability to manage and scale a legal team with a focus on talent development JD and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; international legal experience is a plus Operational excellence in building systems, tools, and workflows Experience: 5 years required
