Occupational Therapist – Teletherapy

Job Description:
- Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor development, visual motor development, sensory processing and modulation differences, executive functioning skills, and other areas
- Determine the impact of evaluated conditions on activities of daily living, rest and sleep, education, play, leisure, and social participation
- Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain professional and technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities
- Uphold federal and state licensure and ethical expectations
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in KY, IN, or TN
- Master’s degree in occupational therapy
- Applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice, or in the process of obtaining license
- Ability to work as part of a team alongside other disciplines
