Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Areti Group is conducting a confidential search for an unnamed enterprise technology client. The Senior SaaS Implementation Consultant will design, configure, and deliver complex enterprise SaaS solutions, leading customers from discovery through go-live.
Responsibilities
- Own Solution Design: Lead discovery workshops and turn complex, ambiguous business requirements into scalable SaaS solutions
- Challenge & Advise: Question customer assumptions, identify inefficient processes and recommend smarter approaches
- Lead Enterprise Implementations: Take ownership from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, UAT and go-live
- Get Hands-On: Personally design and configure complex workflows, business rules and customer-specific solutions
- Solve Integration Challenges: Work across CRM, ERP, HR and other enterprise platforms
- Manage Complex Data: Support data mapping, migration, transformation and validation across multiple systems
- Influence Senior Stakeholders: Lead workshops, demonstrations and technical discussions with enterprise IT teams and business leaders
- Drive Technical Decisions: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex implementation challenges
- Take Ownership: Balance technical feasibility, customer requirements, scalability and successful delivery
Skills
- Proven experience personally delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations
- Strong solution-design capability – able to turn ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience designing and configuring complex workflows and business rules
- Understanding of SQL, JSON, APIs, data mapping and enterprise integrations
- Experience leading discovery workshops, challenging customer requirements and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility
- Confidence owning solutions from discovery through to successful delivery
- Experience with enterprise planning, professional services technology, resource management or other complex operational SaaS platforms
