[Remote] Account Executive - Direct Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xplor Pay is hiring an Account Executive to sell payment processing solutions to local businesses. The role involves educating business owners, closing sales, and independently building a customer portfolio with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training

Skills

• A natural communicator and closer
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

• Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
