[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SolleraOps Virtual Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support routine financial operations. The role coordinates invoice verification and payable records, processes approved payables, investigates discrepancies, responds to payment inquiries, and helps prepare scheduled payments.

Responsibilities

• Protect vendor financial information and follow payment security procedures
• Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system
• Investigate duplicate invoices and ordinary balance differences
• Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status
• Flag payment or bank-detail changes that require independent verification
• Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy
• Help prepare scheduled payments following established authorization rules
