[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Healiv Nutra is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support reliable vendor payment administration. The role handles invoice matching, payables entry, vendor reconciliations, payment inquiries, and month-end close support.

Responsibilities

• Organize payable documentation for routine financial reviews
• Identify aging invoices requiring appropriate follow-up
• Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments
• Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status
• Assist with month-end close by preparing invoice and balance summaries
• Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy

Skills

• Understanding of basic invoices, credits, and payment terms
• Organized handling of multiple invoice due dates
• Careful verification of supplier records and supporting documents
• Professional communication with suppliers and colleagues
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
