[Remote] Advisory & Implementation Consultant - ZIP HQ

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stellar Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for a client-facing role supporting end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Source-to-Pay solutions. The consultant will advise clients, lead deployments and testing, assess data, and mentor analysts and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of the client’s selected solution, including the enablement of eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier Portal, Contract Management, and/or Spend Analysis
• Work directly with clients to understand their Source to Pay processes, business objectives, and systems
• Lead deployment of solution in various environments
• Review the work product of analysts and consultants. Provide direction and training as necessary
• Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring
• Evaluate datasets to recommend and assess production ready data
• Plan and execute software solution testing, including unit, integration, and regression test plans

Skills

• A minimum of four (4) years of management consulting experience working with procurement processes (Source to Pay (S2P) preferred) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions; or equivalent experience working as a super-user or administrator of the system
• At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in implementing a S2P platform
• Will have or will be expected to obtain platform certifications
• Experience with one or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, operational procurement, requirements analysis, business process design, Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), catalog management, and vendor/supplier management
• Functional knowledge of and hands on configuration experience enabling sourcing and procurement applications in a S2P software, including proven past experience in configuration, deployment and roll-out
• Communications and presence to interact with senior client resources
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including compelling presentation and documentation experience (Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
• Strong time management skills in a multi project environment
