[Remote] Associate Account Executive, Auto

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Marchex provides AI-powered conversational intelligence and prescriptive analytics solutions that help businesses optimize customer experiences, operations, and revenue. The Associate Account Executive will generate new automotive dealership business by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, developing relationships, presenting Marchex products, and setting appointments for the automotive sales team.

Responsibilities

• Setup meetings and present Marchex products to potential clients via phone and email communications
• Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about Marchex
• Make outbound calls to prospects who are considered an ideal customer profile and part of the target account list
• Qualify potential prospects by asking questions to determine potential fit for Marchex products
• Record prospect information in Salesforce
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Utilize marketing tools like Salesloft, Apollo and HubSpot

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required
• Experience working in and understanding a goal oriented, fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to see tasks through to successful completion
• Results driven and highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Overall positive attitude, team-player orientation and willingness to be flexible in a changing environment
• Experience using a windows-based PC, a CRM tool such as Salesforce, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel required
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as successfully function independently
• At least 1 years' experience in an inside/outside sales environment preferred
• Automotive experience preferred
