[Remote] Business Analyst – Google Gemini Enterprise & AI/CX

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Smart4 Cloud is recruiting on behalf of an AI-driven Customer Experience technology consultancy for a client-facing Business Analyst. The role supports enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements, translating customer needs into AI-enabled solutions and supporting implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements
• Lead customer workshops, facilitate requirements discussions and confidently challenge stakeholders
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, user stories, testing, UAT and end-user training
• Bridge business and technical teams, translate customer requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions and support implementation and adoption
• Own the room, facilitate customer conversations and translate complex business needs into meaningful technology outcomes

Skills

• Strong expertise in Google Gemini Enterprise App and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX)
• Proven full-lifecycle Business Analysis experience across enterprise AI, Google Cloud, CX or digital transformation initiatives
• Exceptional consultative presence — able to command an audience, lead customer workshops, facilitate requirements discussions and confidently challenge stakeholders
• End-to-end Business Analysis experience , including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, user stories, testing, UAT and end-user training
• Strong semi-technical capabilities — able to bridge business and technical teams, translate customer requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions and support implementation and adoption
