Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Workday Data Cloud by collaborating with various teams
- Define essential workforce datasets, source systems, and analytical use cases
- Assess and integrate internal and vendor systems for data connectivity
- Contribute to data modeling, transformation logic, and governance processes
- Address daily workforce data and reporting requests from stakeholders
Skills
- Expertise in HR and workforce data
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience in human resources and workforce analytics is required, with a deep understanding of how workforce information is generated, managed, integrated, and utilized across an enterprise
