Elios AI is seeking a Certinia PSA revenue management consultant or solution architect for a contract role supporting an in-progress implementation for a professional services client. The role translates revenue recognition requirements into the existing configuration, supports monthly revenue processes and reporting, and works with delivery and finance stakeholders to confirm requirements and document decisions.
Responsibilities
- Translate revenue recognition requirements into the existing Certinia build, keeping accounting rules for professional services firms in view
- Provide functional support for monthly revenue recognition runs and revenue and time reporting
- Design rate cards, blended rates, and discount structures, and work out how each one affects revenue treatment
- Troubleshoot recognition results that don't match expectations
- Work alongside the delivery team and client finance stakeholders to confirm requirements before they're configured
- Document design decisions so the configuration is easy to support after you roll off
Skills
- Hands-on functional experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce), specifically revenue management and revenue recognition
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition and accounting requirements for professional services organizations
- Experience supporting month-end revenue recognition and revenue and time reporting
- Background designing rate cards, blended rates, and discounts, plus their downstream revenue impact
- Comfortable joining a program already in flight and getting productive quickly
- Consulting or implementation partner experience is a plus
