[Remote] Vice President of Business Development

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Silver Node Digital is hiring a Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand its market presence. The role leads business development, partnerships, market expansion, client relationships, sales strategy, and account management for the company’s blockchain solutions.

Responsibilities

• This position oversees the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including developing partnerships, expanding into new markets, and cultivating long-term client relationships
• The role includes leading business planning initiatives, guiding sales strategies, and ensuring effective account management for key clients
• The Vice President will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market activities with Silver Node Digital’s blockchain solutions
• Day-to-day tasks include managing the business development team, negotiating high-impact contracts, tracking performance metrics, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding growth targets
• Proficiency in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategic roadmap development
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, with experience closing complex, high-value agreements
• Proven ability in Account Management, maintaining and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing business development or sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in blockchain, fintech, or advanced technology sectors is highly beneficial
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage
