Remote Position
[Remote] CMiC Application Support Analyst- ACOM Hunt
🌍 Remote · United States
💼 Full-time
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AECOM Hunt is hiring a CMiC Application Support Analyst to support its construction ERP platform across project, finance, and operations teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting CMiC modules, managing access, supporting integrations, and documenting issues and resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide CMiC application support across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, and Payroll modules — diagnosing configuration issues, data anomalies, workflow interruptions, and process errors
- Assist end users with CMiC navigation, module functionality, and business process questions; distinguish between user error, configuration issues, and application defects
- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues including user account lifecycle management (create, modify, deactivate), role assignments, and permission structures aligned with job responsibilities
- Support and maintain integration points between CMiC and adjacent systems (Textura, Concur, Prophix, CorPay, DocuSign, ClearStory, and others); candidates who have experience supporting downstream analytics or reporting platforms that consume CMiC data — such as Power BI — are strongly encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement of the role
- Document issues, root causes, and resolutions to build a structured knowledge base; identify recurring patterns that merit permanent fixes or process improvements
Skills
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related field + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
- Experience supporting or administering a construction ERP platform — CMiC experience strongly preferred; comparable systems (Viewpoint, Procore Financials, Sage 300 CRE, or similar) considered
- Working knowledge of SQL — ability to write queries, investigate data, and validate results in a relational database environment (Oracle or SQL Server)
- Familiarity with CMiC modules including Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, and/or Procurement
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills — ability to trace an issue from the user interface back to its data or configuration root cause
- Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business stakeholders and communicate clearly in both directions
Benefits
- Depending on your employment status, AECOM benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability benefits, paid time off, leaves of absences, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, well-being resources, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
