[Remote] Customer Service Representative – Utility Billing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Five Star Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with natural gas utility accounts. The role handles billing and payment questions, resolves account issues, maintains account information, and provides professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their natural gas bills and account balances
• Process and assist with customer payments
• Research and resolve account-related issues
• Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Follow established procedures and privacy requirements
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required
• Provide excellent customer service on every interaction
