Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leavitt Group of Colorado is an insurance agency brokerage serving commercial and personal lines insurance needs. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will support commercial lines operations, provide customer service, maintain a book of business, process policy changes, manage renewals, reconcile accounts, and assist with reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the commercial lines departments
- Provide a high level of customer service while helping maintain a book of business
- Will be responsible for servicing, (processing changes, providing proof of insurance, etc...)
- Assist with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed
- Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages
- Review current underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs and monitor renewal premiums for excessive increases
- Assist Operation Manager with monthly reports, as needed
Skills
- Current P&C license
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, & computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-player attitude
- Possess a strong sales acumen
